Torres Ayres is inspired by the Forest of Life, not just the park it overlooks but also the concept behind its design. The goal of recreating the peace found in nature is reflected in the tower’s sleek, organic lines. The design aims to blur the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, bringing the atmosphere of the park into each apartment, creating an urban oasis.
The two 21-story towers rise over 100 meters, connected by a base that respects the urban landscape. The building's wooden facades open and close through balconies and terraces, engaging with the park’s unique surroundings. With 37,397.99 m² of construction, including 25,000 m³ of concrete and 3,500 tons of steel, the project represents a respectful evolution of the existing urban context.
