The One is a cutting-edge residential project designed to offer expansive views of its natural surroundings and flexible apartment configurations to meet various market needs. Its asymmetric design, featuring varying heights from three to five levels, creates dynamic spaces and visuals as residents move from the street to the central boulevard and through the hallways leading to each apartment. The project is designed to provide a unique experience from arrival to every part of the property.
Upon entry, residents are greeted by lush gardens and an infinity-edge reflecting pool, leading to the vehicle entrance marked by a large tree emerging from the underground parking. The building's façade, adorned with greenery, changes at each level, creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. The material palette is neutral and timeless, using sandstone, synthetic wood panels, artificial grass rooftops, natural stone pathways, and earthy tones ranging from creams to browns to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal.
