Villa Punta Majagua faced the challenge of floating five double-curved roofs, requiring great technical expertise. Spanning over 5,000 m², the villa’s six volumes flow sinuously, mimicking the sea wave’s curves. These volumes are framed by two water features—a reflecting pool by the street and a large pool facing the golf course. The design emphasizes fluidity, with gentle curves defining both the architecture and the experience.
The carefully crafted curved roofs were designed to evoke unique sensations and reflect in the water, amplifying the villa's energy. The flowing corridors and wavy ceilings create a seamless, harmonious transition throughout the space, making the villa a perfect blend of nature and architecture.
