Villa Jarabacoa is designed to harmoniously follow the rugged topography of the mountain region, turning the challenging terrain into an opportunity for shaping the villa's unique spaces. The four-sided wooden-tiled roofs blend seamlessly with the surrounding hills, integrating the villa into its natural environment, which is a key feature of the design.

The access to the villa is through the upper level, where social areas greet guests, as you descend through the levels, you move into more intimate spaces. The villa sits on a 1,700.34 m² plot with approximately 380 m² of construction, featuring four ensuite bedrooms, a living room, dining area, kitchen, terrace, guest bathroom, and service areas.
