The St. Regis project is a luxurious resort inspired by the architecture of golf courses. Spanning six terraced levels with green roofs, the design integrates seamlessly with the surrounding golf course and cliffs. The horizontal yet fluid forms are oriented to maximize the stunning views offered by the environment. The project includes 200 hotel rooms and 70 residential units, spread over approximately 125,000 m² of construction. It also hosts exclusive amenities such as event rooms, three restaurants, three bars, a Cigar & Rum Club, spa, gym, four pool areas, and a private beach.
Situated on a 64,906.49 m² lot in the exclusive city destination Cap Cana development in the Dominican Republic, the property overlooks the Caribbean Sea and surrounded by the renowned Punta Espada Golf Course. As the first St. Regis hotel in the country, this project exemplifies the brand’s commitment to cutting-edge design, discreet luxury, and bespoke service. With green roofs and it's stepped volumetry, the Project takes full advantage of the site's uneven topography, with 4.5 levels above ground and two semi-underground levels, blending with the landscape's natural beauty.
