The Grupo SBG introduced a relaxed and informal dining concept within a commercial plaza, blending "American food" with a New York-inspired bar and sushi counter, while maintaining the high standards and refined ambiance characteristic of SBG restaurants. The design, led by architect Acebal, features a modern, sophisticated yet warm atmosphere using contrasting materials like wood and Carrara marble, a signature element in SBG's projects.
The sushi bar, fully clad in Carrara marble, integrates equipment seamlessly into the counter. A geometric shelving unit in two tones of marble complements the bar, with illuminated shelves and mirrors enhancing the display. A standout feature is the wine cellar, which spans the restaurant's double height and boasts bold, pyramid-shaped glass forms. In the main dining area, booths are framed by brass-clad tubular shelving that displays jars and offers a panoramic view of the kitchen, adding to the unique and original atmosphere.
