Bachata Rosa restaurant at Blue Mall Punta Cana, a collaboration between SBG Group and Juan Luis Guerra, spans 550 m² and features two distinct areas. The formal dining area, designed by Acebal Caney Arquitectos y Asociados, represents the SBG brand and accommodates 150 guests. Its open design breaks away from the mall’s typical layout, featuring a nine-meter-tall, 3D wine cellar and mezzanine with a spiral staircase.
Wooden floors and black-and-white mosaics create varying environments, while a large window connects the space to the mall’s exterior lake. The open grill kitchen adds an interactive touch, and the striking bar stands out with its height and lighting. Minimalist bathrooms on the second level feature a shared washbasin area overlooking the dining room through a glass wall.
