It covers 137,916.04 m² with a construction footprint of 39,632.83 m², offering 736 hotel rooms and 248 residential units. The project also includes a beach club with restaurants, shops, a spa, and recreational areas, designed to enhance the laid-back, sporty vibe of the region. The development is divided into four phases to gradually accommodate various uses while respecting the natural landscape.
Phase 1 includes a beach club and an eco-hotel with 32 bungalow-style rooms, featuring bamboo and glass finishes. The hotel integrates seamlessly with the surroundings, offering direct views of the Atlantic Ocean. The later phases will expand residential condominiums and hotel amenities, with the final phase relocating parking underground. The project aims to blend leisure, nature, and modern design while maintaining a respectful distance from the coastline and enhancing the local surfing culture.
